Identity of the data controller:

Inside Job is the relevant data controller in respect of the personal information it holds about you. 

 

The Data Protection Officer (DPO):

Inside Job do not legally require a DPO, however your point of contact for all data protection matters is Paul Vane.  


The purposes for which Inside Job holds your personal information:

Inside Job will hold your personal information for the purposes of handling your enquiry and/or booking with us. We may also use the information we collect for billing purposes, and for informing you about upcoming performances, subject to your consent.  


How we collect information about you:

We may collect information about you directly from you, or from your family or from an event organiser you have engaged with to manage your event on your behalf.  


Legal basis for processing your personal information:

There are a number of legal bases upon which we rely to process personal data about you. These are:  

  • With your consent; 
  • For the performance of our contract with you; 
  • Where it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us or any of our partners, for example, the provision of sound engineering services from Stage 2 Productions or Delta Production Services.  


Who we share your personal  information with:

We will only share your personal information with partners with whom we engage to provide sound, stage and lighting for your event. We won’t share your information with anyone else.  


How long we hold your personal data for:

We will retain your personal information for 1 year following an enquiry with us, or 10 years following the conclusion of your event if you enter into a contract with us.  


Your data protection rights:

  • A right of access to personal information we hold about you; 
  • The right to rectify inaccurate information we hold about you; 
  • The right to erasure of your personal information in certain limited circumstances;
  • The right to ask us to send your personal information to another provider of similar services (data portability);
  • The right to object to direct marketing. We won’t do this without asking you first.  


Your right to complain:
